Swimming

Huge swimming pool with a stone waterfall, water slide, water volleyball, water basketball, pool toys, tanning ledge, two pool lounge chairs for sunbathing, pool lights, and beautiful landscaping surrounding.

Covered Patio

Huge covered patios with ceiling fans and roll down shades to escape the heat. Color changing landscape lighting and string lighting at night. TIki bar with mini fridge and bar stools by the pool.

Entertainment

Four outdoor TVs with all Dish channels. DISH offers more than 330 channels, including local networks, regional and national sports, premium movie channels and more. You may also log into your account on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

There are two surround sound systems that you can connect to by Bluetooth. Outdoor Polk Sound Bar has a Front sound bar, 4 rear speakers, and one subwoofer. Gameroom has 6 ceiling speakers you can either connect to the TV or your phone. There are also 2 pool speakers you can connect to by Bluetooth Outdoor PyleUSA.

There is a single speaker under Tiki bar.

Outdoor Kitchen

There is an outdoor kitchen you can use to cook. Stovetop burners, propane grill, Blackstone, and offset smoker. Please clean and turn off propane after use. Private chef, catering, and bartender available for booking as well.

There are 4 refrigerators available for use. One full sized refrigerator with a freezer, one mini fridge by back door, one in the outdoor kitchen, and another in the Tiki bar you can use to store your refreshments. Please provide your own ice, cups, and drinks. Two full sized trash cans are on site to dispose of trash.

Outhouse

Dedicated outhouse with a sink, mirror, urinal, and new toilet. Toilet paper and hand soap provided.

House Rules

Parking for up to 25 vehicles is allowed.
Bookings are up to 8 hours at a time max.
Up to 50 people max allowed on the property at any time.
No pets or infants allowed.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All trash must be thrown away before leaving.
All outdoor games must be put back.
All pool floats and toys must be put back before leaving.
No firearms allowed on the premises.

No access inside the house allowed for guests.

Security cameras are at every corner of the house.
The neighbors view is obstructed but still visible to the household.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation occurring within 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival. If property becomes unavailable due an act of God or unforeseen circumstances by Owner, a full refund will be provided. Upon cancellation for any reason, a refund will be provided
for any days booked by another guest.

Pool Safety

The following pool safety best practices are designed to help keep you and your loved ones safe. We highly recommend following them as well as all pool safety rules shared by your Host prior to swimming.

Learn how to swim

Learn to swim before entering a Host's pool, all Guests should be physically able to perform basic swimming skills, including floating on their back, going under the water and resurfacing, and the ability to safely enter and exit the pool.  
Those who cannot swim or do not have basic swimming skills should wear US Coast Guard-approved life jackets. These floatation devices are an extra layer of protection and assist with constant visual supervision. They do not take the place of adult supervision.

Maintain supervision

Designate an undistracted adult (a Water Guardian) to always supervise children within arm’s reach while in and around the pool.
Children should not run around the pool or be in the pool area by themselves.  
Everyone should stay away from pool drains and jets to avoid getting stuck.  
There should be no roughhousing, breath-holding games, dunking or throwing of swimmers. 
Use this safety checklist before every rental.
Learn Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - We highly recommend that at least one adult guest in attendance is CPR-certified.
